Rules and Regulations

  • All Exhibitors must have a MEMBERSHIP NUMBER.   Adult Exhibitors can obtain these by calling Sheila Blodgett at 613-659-2859.  For Junior Exhibitors, please contact Monica Warren at 613-331-1709 or warrenmtw100@hotmail.com
  • Exhibitors 18 years of age and older are required to have paid their $10.00 exhibitor membership fee.
  • Class entrance fees will be 50 cents per bird for adult classes. 25 cents per bird for juniors (JR) (<18 years) to be paid at time of pre-registration.
  • All stock must be healthy or will be removed from the building.
  • Stock to be dropped off at Agricultural Barn between 6pm- 8pm Friday July 18th, 2025 or 8am-9:30am on Saturday July 19,2025 through the south gate. All stock must be cooped by 9:30am on Saturday July 19th 2025 and remain until 3pm Sunday July 20, 2025 or prize money will not be awarded.
  • Judging will start by 10am on Saturday July 19,2025.
  • Entries must be pre-registered and fee paid by Mail or Email/E-transfer to the Show Contact (Melanie Powers) by July 2nd,2025. NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED.
  • Prize Money: adult exhibitor classes – 1st $5.00, 2nd $4.00, 3rd $3.00. JR exhibitor Classes – 1st $3.00, 2nd $2.00, 3rd $1.00.
  • In showing stock in A.O.V., A.V., A.C. Class. Please state breed and colour on entry. If warranted, classes will be added depending on entry numbers.
  • Exhibitors are allowed two birds per section only.
  • One best in show will be awarded for Large Fowl, Bantam, and Pigeon Adult Categories. Courtesy of Burnbrae Farms LTD. One Overall JR. Best in show will be awarded a special prize.
  • JR exhibitors(<18years) may show in both JR and adult exhibitor classes with separate birds but will be required to pay adult membership fee and adult registration fee for adult class entry.
  • The committee reserves the right to alter classes based on entry numbers.
  • See contact person to obtain prize money before removal of stock.
  • Only the first 150 entries can be accepted.
